Terms & Conditions
- Registration fees entitle participants to attend all sessions and CME certificates.
- For administrative and preparatory reasons, online registration is possible until 20th April 2024 (GMT+ 3). From this date onwards, we advise you to register and pay.
- Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
- Registration fees apply as per the date of payment.
Payments
- All registration fees must be paid in advance.
- No confirmation will be sent until iMED EVENT has received the payment.
- You may process the payment using Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
- If you are using Bank Transfer, please indicate your first and family names, your registration number (mentioned on your profile), and “SASEM 2024”.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place.
- No refunds are available for cancellations.
